The inspection began with a records check at 1:45 p.m. <br />Temperatures were warm, and skies were clear. The field portion of the inspection was <br />completed at 3:15 p.m. <br />PERMITTING UPDATE: <br />• RN -04: The Division issued its proposed decision to renew the permit on April 3, 2012. <br />Public Notice of that decision appeared in the San Miguel Basin Forum on April 12 and 19, <br />2012. The 30 -day period for public comment, which commenced with the first publication, <br />will come to a close on May 14, 2012. <br />• SL -03: A bond release inspection will be conducted on Wednesday, May 30, 2012. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(l): <br />• The mine's permit records were available for review at the nearby Broad Canyon Landfill <br />office.
