INTERROGATORY NO. 12: Describe all measures that have been or are planned to <br /> be taken by DMG to provide sediment control for the area west of the Dutch Creek diversion <br /> which has cut-off the ditch previously carrying flows from that area to the 001 ponds. <br /> Response: Hydrologic control plans, and sediment control plans are summarized in <br /> the Stormwater Permit No. OCR-040000 (Certification No. 040204), and the Annual Report <br /> for the above reference permit, dated December 8, 1998. These documents will be made <br /> available for inspection upon reasonable advance notice at a time and date mutually <br /> convenient to the parties at the Division's office in Grand Junction. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 13: Identify all documents concerning the Huntsman project <br /> and Dutch Creek stream channel diversion, including all grant proposals or requests, bid <br /> requests, bids, awards, and other documents. <br /> Response: Documents pertaining to Project specifications, Bids, Bid Awards, and <br /> other aspects of project completion are contained in the respective project files. The <br /> Huntsman grant application, and related materials are contained in the Huntsman Project file. <br /> Documents pertinent to the Dutch Creek Diversion Grant request are located in a separate <br /> grant application entitled Dutch Creek Diversion Grant. These documents are voluminous <br /> and are kept in the normal course of business.
