•r/ <br /> i Ala <br /> ance with all such requirements has not been liquidated. <br /> MCR's obligation to reclaim the Mid-Continent Limestone <br /> Quarry is secured by a Deed of Trust to Secure Financial Warranty <br /> or Warranties Future Advances, dated March 21, 1983, in the <br /> amount of $7, 000, on certain property, known as the Colorado <br /> Yeadows Industrial Park, with a street address of 698 Merrill. <br /> Such reclamation obligation is further secured by the same Deed <br /> of Trust, dated December 11, 1984 , that secures the reclamation <br /> of the coal mine as described above, as described in Financial <br /> Warranty and Conditional Promissory Note for use with Deed of <br /> Trust filed with DMG on November 30, 1989 . <br /> MCR is further obligated to reclaim its cruarry, known as <br /> the Marblehead Quarry, also located in Garfield County, pursuarit <br /> -to reclamation permit no. M-77-420. The reclamation obligations <br /> are specified in the permit, the permit application; any permit <br /> amendments and revisions, and the applications therefor; the <br /> provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, and the <br /> regulations promulgated thereunder, In addition, MCR is required <br /> to comply with any and all Notices of Violation and Cease and De- <br /> sist Orders issued by the MLRB. The cost of conpliance with all <br /> such requirements has not been liquidated. <br /> MCR's obligation to reclaim the Marblehead Quarry is <br /> secured by Certificate of Deposit No. 15394 in the First National <br /> Bank of Glenwood Springs, in the amount of $2, 500. such certifi- <br /> cate of deposit is payable to the MLRB and, therefore, is not <br /> Property of the estate, The certificate of deposit is subject t.o <br /> the "Reclamation Bond -- for Use with Certificate of Deposit" <br /> dated March 12 , 1982 . <br /> AG File No. E9316915 . 271 <br /> 1 <br />
