Attachment to Permit Renewal Application Permit# CO-0000396 <br /> Page 14 <br /> rE2_2 __ <br /> SR No. 2 Mine Ponds 1.2 No. Fk Dutch Ck <br /> The property on which the ponds are situated, and the surrounding area, have been <br /> sold to Mid-Con, L.L.C. <br /> Mid-Continent contractors completing sealing, and removal of surface structures at <br /> Mine #2, and DMG has completed backfill, grading and seeding of the site. <br /> 023 SR No. 3 Mine Lower 0.4 No Fk Dutch Ck <br /> Bin Ponds <br /> Mid-Continent's contractor completed removal of surface structures, including <br /> conveyors and storage silo,.and DMG has completed backfill, grading and seeding of <br /> the lower bin pad, which is on U.S.F.S. property. <br /> 025 SR Rock Tunnel Pad 0.6 Dutch Creek <br /> Pond <br /> The property in this area has been sold to Mid-Con, L.L.C. <br /> The surface structures in the rock tunnel yard area, including overland conveyor and <br /> storage bins, have been removed, although the lamp house remains. DMG re-sealed, <br /> backfilled and seeded the tunnel portals, and topsoiled and seeded the yard area. <br /> Drainage from the tunnel flows into the yard area, then into a buried pipe, which leads <br /> to the 016 ponds. Drainage from the yard area itself goes to the 025 pond. <br /> 026 MW No. 1 Mine NA Dutch Creek <br /> Alternate Dschg <br /> U.S.F.S. owns this property. <br /> 027 SR Sutey Refuse No. 6.6 Coal Creek <br /> 3 Pond <br /> The pond was never constructed. U.S.F.S. now owns the property on which the <br /> intended pond would have been placed. <br /> 029 MW Rock Tunnel NA Dutch Creek <br /> Property belongs to Mid-Con, L.L.C. <br />
