DMG installed a berm around the bench area, which <br /> appears to prevent drainage from the bench flowing to the pond. A water bar has been <br /> installed, above the bench, which routes water from an exploration road above to the <br /> pond. <br /> The road to the mine site has not yet been reclaimed, but is narrow in places, including <br /> the culvert across Dutch Creek. <br /> 014 SR No. 3 Mine Pond 0.4 No Fk Dutch Ck <br /> 3-2BS <br /> All property in the area formerly owned by Mid-Continet has been acquired, and is <br /> owned by, the U.S. Forest Service. <br /> As indicated, DMG has completed backfill, grading and seeding of the bench area, and <br /> reclaimed the road. <br /> 015 SR No. 3 Mine Pond 1.5 Coal Creek <br /> 5-1 B <br /> All property in the area formerly owned by Mid-Continet has been acquired, and is <br /> owned by, the U.S. Forest Service. <br /> As indicated, DMG has completed backfill, grading and seeding and reclaimed the <br /> road . DMG removed this pond as part of reclamation. <br /> 016 SR/MW* Rock Tunnel 12.4 Dutch Creek <br /> Ponds <br /> The property on which the ponds are situated, the fill area above them, and the rock <br /> tunnel portals are on property owned by Mid-Con, L.L.C. <br /> The tunnel fill area and trash pile above the 016 ponds have been regraded, topsoiled <br /> and vegetated. Discharge from the rock tunnels continues to flow to the 016 ponds. <br /> 017 SR No. 5 Mine Pond 1.5 Coal Creek <br /> 5-1 B <br /> All property in the area formerly owned by Mid-Continent has been acquired, and is <br /> owned by, the U.S. Forest Service. <br />
