Correction Deed <br /> Louis M. LaGiglia and Mid-Continent Resources to the United States of America <br /> Page 2 <br /> AND <br /> Reserving to the Grantors, their successors and assigns, a right of ingress and <br /> egress to adjacent lands owned by the Grantors on the existing roadways serving <br /> said lands . <br /> The acquiring agency is the USDA, Forest Service. <br /> Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereof <br /> belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, <br /> remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereto; and all the <br /> estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the said <br /> grantors, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, <br /> with the hereditaments and appurtenances. <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises above granted and described with the <br /> appurtenances, unto the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and its assigns forever. <br /> Grantors convenant and warrant that they are lawfully seized and possessed of <br /> the real property described hereinabove and have the full right, power, and <br /> authority to execute this conveyance, and that said property is free and clear <br /> of liens, claims, or encumbrances, except for the items listed above, and that <br /> it will defend the tile to the real property conveyed herein and quiet <br /> enjoyment thereof against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming <br /> the whole or any part thereof, by, through or under the grantors. <br /> THIS CORRECTION DEED is for the purpose of correcting Special Warranty Deed <br /> recorded at the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder's office June 30, 1997 at <br /> Reception No. 405835 as to the legal description of lands hereby conveyed, <br /> certain exceptions, and the Federal authority under which conveyance is made. <br /> This deed is executed and delivered by LOUIS M. LaGIGLIA as Creditors' Trustee <br /> and as Attorney-in-fact for Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. pursuant to Second <br /> Amended Plan of Liquidation of Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. , in Case No. 92 <br /> 11658 PAC, United States District Court for the District of Colorado in <br /> Bankruptcy, recorded in Book 756, Page 843, Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder's <br /> office, confirmed and approved by Order of said United States Bankruptcy Court <br /> recorded in Book 756, Page 841, Pitkin County records and further confirmed and <br /> approved by Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. , a Delaware corporation. <br /> WITNESS grantor' s hand and the seal of said corporation this 30 79 day of <br /> S�/ta7iQt%e , 1997. <br /> LOUIS M.
