LaGIGLIA as Creditor's Trustee and as-Attorney-in-fact for <br /> Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. and MID-CONTINENT RESOURCES, INC. a Delaware <br /> corporation, 1058 County Road 100, Carbondale, Colorado 81623, hereinafter <br /> called the "Grantors", for and in consideration of the interchange of certain <br /> lands, as authorized by the Act of January 12, 1983 (P.
