Plaintiffs are required to serve answers to the interrogatories and to the requests for <br /> admissions, and written responses to the requests for production, and objections, if any, upon the <br /> third-party defendant within thirty (30) days of the date of service of this request for discovery. <br /> Further, the third-party defendant requests that all items subject to the requests for <br /> production be produced for inspection and copying at 1525 Sherman Street, 5th Floor, Denver, <br /> Colorado, unless another place for the production is agreed to by the parties. <br /> DEFINITIONS <br /> When used in these interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions or <br /> instructions regarding such discovery, the following terms have the following meanings. <br /> The word "person" means any natural person, individual, association, firm, corporation, <br /> partnership, trust, governmental agency, or any other form of business entity. <br /> The pronoun "you" or "your" refers to the plaintiffs collectively and individually and to <br /> plaintiffs' attorneys, investigators, representatives, agents, employees or anyone acting in their or <br /> their attorney's behalf. <br /> "Custodian" means the person who has possession or control of documents, and a request <br /> for the identity of a custodian constitutes a request for his/her name and current address, if <br /> known, and, if not known,the last known address. <br /> "Document" means, as defined in Colo.R.Civ.P. 34, any writings, drawings, graphs, <br /> charts, photographs, phono-records, and other data compilations from which information can be <br /> obtained, and translated, if necessary by plaintiffs,through detection devices into reasonably <br /> usable form. <br /> 2 <br />
