The <br />Accounting sets forth the tasks still needed to be performed at <br />the mine site and their estimated costs. <br />DMG Reclamation Accounting <br />9. Referring to the DMG Reclamation Accounting, <br />please state the name(s) of the person(s) (as defined in <br />Instruction ¶ F. Above) who prepared the DMG Reclamation <br />Accounting. If the DMG Reclamation Accounting was prepared by <br />more than one person, state which part or parts was prepared by <br />which named person. <br />Response: Steven G. Mr. <br />Renner is the lead specialist at the Coal Basin site and was the <br />specialist who prepared the accounting. <br />10.
