Response: See Response to Interrogatory 2. <br />8. Do you agree that the amount set forth under the <br />column "Actual Costs Remaining Work" accurately sets for the <br />costs of work to be performed? If not, please explain any <br />differences. <br />Response: No. Please refer to the Division's January <br />23, 1998 Accounting which has been served on the Defendants. The <br />Accounting sets forth the tasks still needed to be performed at <br />the mine site and their estimated costs. <br />DMG Reclamation Accounting <br />9. Referring to the DMG Reclamation Accounting, <br />please state the name(s) of the person(s) (as defined in <br />Instruction ¶ F. Above) who prepared the DMG Reclamation <br />Accounting. If the DMG Reclamation Accounting was prepared by <br />more than one person, state which part or parts was prepared by <br />which named person. <br />Response: Steven G. Renner, Environmental Protection <br />Specialist, Coal Program, 2148 Broadway, No. C -5, Grand Junction, <br />Colorado 81503 (970) 241 -0336. Employed by the Division. Mr. <br />Renner is the lead specialist at the Coal Basin site and was the <br />specialist who prepared the accounting. <br />10. Please state the education, training, and <br />experience of each person involved in preparation of the DMG <br />Reclamation Accounting. <br />Response: Steven G.
