In connection with mild slope revegetation for the <br />Coal Preparation Plant /bathhouse area, are there documents <br />describing the scope of this work and its costs. If so, please <br />attach a copy of such documents to your responses to these <br />interrogatories or state the circumstances under which these <br />documents may be inspected and /or copied. <br />Response: There are documents which describe the scope <br />of this work. These documents will be made available for <br />inspection at a mutually convenient time at the Division's <br />offices in Denver and \or Grand Junction. <br />The scope of accomplishing revegetation on slopes of <br />3H:1V or shallower includes seed distribution at the <br />appropriate rate per acre by hand, drill or hydro- seeding, <br />seed bed preparation, acquisition and application of <br />fertilizer, acquisition and application of mulch including <br />crimping. Under this cost, the contractor will assume <br />responsibility for maintenance of project area until released <br />from site. <br />40. In connection with the Sutey refuse pile (located <br />northerly and westerly of the Coal Preparation Plant in <br />Section 10, T. 10S., R.89W.,6 P.M., see attached USG Quad <br />Sheet Placita, Colo. Segment), please describe the work that <br />remains in connection with Ditch #8 at the Sutey refuse pile. <br />Are there documents describing this work and its costs. If so, <br />please attach a copy of such documents to your responses to <br />these interrogatories or state the circumstances under which <br />these documents may be inspected and /or copied. <br />Response: The Division anticipates that Ditch 8 may <br />require reconstruction in order to ensure the long term <br />stability of the channel and of the adjacent Sutey Refuse <br />Disposal Area.
