There are documents relating to the estimated costs for this
project. These documents will be made available for
inspection at a mutually convenient time at the Division's
office in Grand Junction and \or Denver.
36. If our analysis of the DMG Reclamation Accounting
is correct, it appears that the current task cost for Rock
Tunnels project work is $49,206. What items are included in
this current task cost? If [sic] appears that the previous
charges for Rock Tunnel area project work was $49,206. What
items are included in this past task cost? Are there
documents relating to these costs? If so, please attach a copy
of such documents to your responses to these interrogatories
or state the circumstances under which these documents may be
inspected and /or copied.
Response: The work proposed to be accomplished at the
Rock Tunnel vicinity is described by component and cost in the
Division's Accounting, entitled Estimated Reclamation Costs by
Anticipated Project, dated January 21, 1998. Without waiving this objection,
the Division answers as follows. There has been work
previously accomplished at this area. Documents related to
these costs and the cost contained in the Division's
accounting will be made available for inspection at a mutually
convenient time at the Division's offices in Denver and \or
Grand Junction.
37. If our analysis of DMG Reclamation Accounting is
correct, it appears that $9,100 is allocated for power pole
removal in the Coal Preparation Plant area. If so, please
attach a copy of such documents to your responses to these
interrogatories or state the circumstances under which these
documents may be inspected and /or copied.
Response: Objection: This interrogatory appears to be
incomplete. However assuming the Defendants are asking for
documents that relate to the referenced cost, such documents
22
