Response: Objection: See the Division' s general objection to the Defendants' definition of "reclamation plan. " This definition excludes portions of the approved permit and, therefore, excludes many reclamation requirements mandated by MCR' s permit . Without waiving this objection, the Division' s response includes references to other portions of MCR' s permit : On September 11, 1984 , and on July 12, 1985, Mid-Continent Resources received approval of revision requests which addressed upgrading, construction and reclamation of this road. The Reclamation Bond, as defined in the Defendants' interrogatories, means the security and/or pledge posted by Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. The security and/or pledge was a first lien on a piece of real estate in Garfield County. The security and/or pledge does not contain references to specific reclamation tasks or costs . Therefore, "reclamation bond" does not refer to any tasks or costs . There are documents that relate to this cost .
