However. <br /> the Plaintiffs have requested leave of the Court to file a supplemental pleading in response to <br /> the Defendants' Amended Third-Party Complaint. Since such leave has been requested but <br /> not yet ruled upon by the Court, this Case Management Order is directed at the claims <br /> between the Third-Party Plaintiffs and the Third-Party Defendant. Those parties believe that <br /> the trial of this matter will require five (5) days. <br />
