Mr. Lev icki is <br /> knowledgeable about MLRB-MCR permit reclamation requirements and the costs thereof. <br /> Mr. Lewicki made an analysis of required permit reclamation work, determined the <br /> percentage of completion,estimated the costs and percentages of work performed and the <br /> costs and percentages of work remaining thereof taking into consideration the 1988 MLRB <br /> permit and its mid-term review, and he has made a determination of the remaining costs <br /> and expenses that should be incurred in connection with permit required reclamation of <br /> MCR's Coal Basin properties, owned and liquidated.
