liquidator. <br /> 4. George E. Wear, former employee of MCR, 533 Hyland Park Drive, <br /> Glenwood Springs, Colorado, 970.945.8908. Mr. Wear was principally involved in the <br /> writing,compilation and assemblage of the mined land eclamation plan submitted to MLRB <br /> in 1981 to obtain a mining permit from MLRB,the mid-term review of that five-year permit, <br /> the submission for reissuance of the 1988 mining permit and the mid-term(1990-91)review <br /> of that. Mr. Wear is conversant and familiar with the items of reclamation required by the <br /> permit and the costs therefor by DMG as eventually adopted and approved. <br /> 5. Gregory C. Lewicki, P.E., 1645 Court Place, Suite 309, Denver, <br /> Colorado 80202, 303.629.9335, a consultant, the principal of Greg Lewicki and Associates, <br /> and a qualified expert in the field of mined land reclamation including methods, costs, <br /> property reclamation, revegetation and applicability of MLRB regulations. Mr. Lev icki is <br /> knowledgeable about MLRB-MCR permit reclamation requirements and the costs thereof. <br /> Mr. Lewicki made an analysis of required permit reclamation work, determined the <br /> percentage of completion,estimated the costs and percentages of work performed and the <br /> costs and percentages of work remaining thereof taking into consideration the 1988 MLRB <br /> permit and its mid-term review, and he has made a determination of the remaining costs <br /> and expenses that should be incurred in connection with permit required reclamation of <br /> MCR's Coal Basin properties, owned and liquidated. Mr. Lewicki is familiar with the <br /> reclamation work and its value performed by MCR prior to the reclamation take-over by <br /> DMG and the same for the remedial/reclamation performed in Coal Basin by the equipment <br /> liquidator. <br /> 6.
