Environmental audits and some clean-up of the sites <br /> Is necessary to the sale of such properties. <br /> 2.3.8 Salvage/Clean-Up <br /> At various times the crew assisted with structural demolition and <br /> equipment salvage_ Generally, this occurred when the work required <br /> specific skills or the use of Pitkin Iron's equipment. <br /> 2.3.9 Transformers, Other Electrical <br /> Transformers and related electrical apparatus which contain oil with a. <br /> concentration of PCBs abo ie 5o ppm are regulated as to disposal of <br /> the oil and carcases. <br /> Mid-Continent Resources I ad requested approval of the bankruptcy <br /> court for disposal of transf( rmers and other electrical apparatus which <br /> fell within the regulated cal �gories. <br /> The Third Motion for Cash -,ollateral noted, under the heading PCB <br /> Removal: <br /> 29. In its Secon i Motion, Resources requested <br /> authorization to spe.id cash collateral for removal of PCB <br /> contaminated tran& rmers from the mine site, the funds spent <br /> were to have been r?couped from sale of the Rockdust Plant. <br /> The DMG,objected io this spending request on the ground that <br /> PCB removal was n:)t part of the reclamation bond which was <br /> secured by the Rochdust Plant. Resources therefore withdew, <br /> this spending reque-st from the Second Motion, reserving its <br /> right to seek such authorization by subsequent motion. <br /> Page 6 <br />
