In summary, Resources seeks cash collateral
authorization in the amount of $36 , 039 . 35 to cover
additional and unforeseen expenses incurred in the
first quarter.
b. Operational Expenses . There are ongoing
administrative expenses for contract labor (which
includes no compensation for any officers or directors
of Resources ) , utilities, insurance, permits , and other
general and administrative expenses . The revised
monthly average for these costs is $26 , 393 . 31 .
Resources seeks cash collateral authorization in the
amount of $52 , 786 . 62 , to cover operational expenses for
April and May, 1993 .
C . Additional Contract Labor. In addition to the
costs of contract labor allocated under the average
monthly budget, it has been necessary to hire three
additional men to prepare equipment for reclamation
efforts , to remove equipment from a building after a
roof collapsed from snow, for environmental work such
as oil removal, and for snow removal and other property
maintenance. The cost for such additional contract
labor is $9 , 575 . 37 per month for April and May, 1993 .
Resources seeks cash collateral authorization in the
amount of $19 , 150 . 74 to cover the costs of additional
contract labor for April and May, 1993 .
d. Additional Amount Needed for AT&T. Resources had
two leases with AT&T Credit Corporation. One lease was
for the telephone equipment at the mine site and has
been rejected. The other lease is for the telephone
equipment at Resources ' offices in Carbondale,
Colorado, which has expired on its own terms .
Resources requires the use of the telephone equipment
at its offices, and AT&T has agreed to continue the
lease on a month-to-month basis . Past due post-
petition payments through April total $5 , 008 . 15 .
Resources seeks cash collateral authorization in this
amount.
e. Ecuimment Repairs . Resources owns certain
equipment which will be needed for reclamation uses.
Some of the this equipment requires repair prior to
being placed in use. The First Motion requested cash
collateral authorization for this purpose; however,
actual repair costs proved to be greater than the
estimates and additional repairs costs not allocated
for in the First Motion are required. Resources seeks
cash collateral authorization in the amount of $17 , 000
for this purpose.
-4-
