This has been <br /> used for the operation of Mid-Continent Resources, a local coal <br /> mining operation. No mining was done on this property. It was <br /> used for the truck operation portion of their business. <br /> There are three buildings on the property. The first is a two- <br /> story, pre-cast concrete building containing 12,800 square feet on <br /> the first floor and 8,160 square feet on the second floor. This <br /> building totals 20,960 square feet. It also has three large bay <br /> doors on the west side and four large bay doors on the east side. <br /> On the east side is a 40'X60' welding canopy. The second <br /> building on the property is similar construction of pre-cast <br /> concrete. This building contains 16,360 square feet which includes <br /> an 1,860 square foot office on the first level. The third building <br /> is a 1,088 square foot drive through washbay used for cleaning <br /> trucks and equipment. All the buildings appear to be in fair to <br /> good condition. The interiors of these buildings were not <br /> inspected. All three buildings total 38,408 square feet: According <br /> to the assessor's records, there are two underground fuel tanks. <br /> One tank is 8,000 gallons in size and the other is 2,000 gallons in <br /> size. <br />
