James Holden
July 30, 1993
Page 6
FAIRFIELD AND WOODS, PC.
ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS AT LAW
Page 4, 1st full paragraph -- the word "assume" should be
"assumed" in the third line up from the bottom.
Page 13, second full paragraph -- the word "the" should appear
between "extended" and "January."
Page 15, second full paragraph -- omit the second use of the
word "to" in the first line.
Page 16, second paragraph -- The description in the second
sentence of a "fixed amount of funds" is not really accurate. The
Reclamation Trust, at least, has two items of property which will
produce an amount of money which cannot be guaranteed, either on
the high or low side.
Page 18, third paragraph -- the word "Debtors" in the sixth
line should be possessive.
Page 18, fourth paragraph -- shouldn't the phrase "and charged
against the Rockdust Plant" be eliminated? It is an unnecessary
modification of the concept of reductions in the $1.5. Also, the
word "Account" in the third line from the bottom should be "Plan."
Page 19, first full paragraph -- The $250,000 should be
reduced by amounts expended on such matters before funding of the
$250,000. Also, state that if $250,000 is insufficient, there is
no more.
Page 19, second full paragraph -- clarify that the phrase "in
full" means, at most, $200 for any creditor whose claim started at
more than $200 and was reduced voluntarily to become part of this
class.
Page 19, third full paragraph -- likewise, the maximum is 5%
of $10,000.
Page 19, fourth full paragraph -- note comments above about
2/3 of all Class 9 claims and "Net Proceeds."
Page 21, third paragraph -- the word "of" in the fourth line
should be "off."
Page 22, (iv) -- the firm name uses the word "and" instead of
an ampersand.
Page 23, first full paragraph -- the first use of the word
"full" in the last sentence can be eliminated.
