The following is a discussion of the stipulations that were noted as active or
future in the database, or issued as a result of the last Permit Renewal (RN -05).
Review included investigation of the stipulation response file, revisions to the permit,
and the findings document for RN -05. Stipulations are a binding part of the permit and
previously assigned stipulation numbers are not to be re -used. Any stipulations
associated with this permit and issued over the life of this operation which are not
discussed in this Midterm Review have been complied with or terminated.
There are three active stipulations for this mine site. All of the stipulations are perpetual
in nature and impose possible future obligations on the permittee when conducting
operations on BLM lands.
Stipulation No. 50
7
