April 23, 2012 C-1992-081/Hayden Gulch Loadout JLE <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Topsoil stockpile TS-1 has been utilized for reclamation. <br /> <br />Seven topsoil depth test holes were dug with a hand shovel throughout the reclaimed loadout facilities area. Each <br />hole was dug until a distinguishable sub soil was observed. In general, the topsoil was a dark brown material <br />overlaying a lighter tan/grey material. Some of the subsoil material was very dark brown clay. The depths were <br />found to be; 9, 16, 12, 19, 17, 17 and 12 inches deep. According to page 9 of Tab19 of the permit, topsoil will be <br />replaced to a depth of 6 to 9 inches. It appears topsoil has been replaced in excess of the approved depth. <br /> <br />Maintenance Items: <br /> <br />1.) Culvert RRC 1 will need to be cleaned out. <br />2.) RRC Culverts 6-11 are nearly completely covered with vegetation and will need to be cleared so they will <br />function property. <br />3.) The entrance sign on the east side of the Tie Across Haul Road needs to be updated with the correct <br />information for the Hayden Gulch Loadout permit. <br />4.)
