Post Construction Monitoring Program <br />A monitoring program to measure the magnitude and rate of movement to key points along the New <br />Access Road and retaining wall components will be implemented by Wildcat. Exact <br />recommendations for this monitoring program are detailed in Section 5.4 of the Rule 6.5 <br />Geotechnical Stability Report. <br />Inspection and Maintenance Program <br />The inspection and maintenance program will generally consist of the following: <br />• Remove debris, slash, and trees to a temporary storage area; <br />• Paper, tape, wood lathes, etc., will be bagged and disposed in an offsite landfill; <br />• Inspect constructed slopes for signs of distress; <br />• Check condition of BMP's; <br />• Remove soil /rock buildup and repair any damage observed; <br />• Visually check and record cracks in constructed slopes and roadways; and, <br />• Measure slope movement monuments as necessary. <br />Health and Safety <br />Health and safety of all construction workers, inspectors and visitors will be important during all <br />construction activities.
