regulations, including all the standards adopted by the State Water Quality Control Commission. <br />(Please see items 3.1.5 (10), and (11) above.) There will be no discharge of process water from <br />the site. The operation will not intercept the regional ground water table or impact ground water <br />(Please see Exhibit G, Section 6.4.7(1) for a full discussion.). <br />(c) Compliance with applicable federal and Colorado dredge and fill <br />requirements: <br />There are no wetlands or other areas which require compliance with applicable federal and <br />Colorado dredge and fill requirements. However, Puckett Land Co. will comply with all <br />applicable Federal and State dredge and fill regulatory requirements where necessary. <br />(d) Removing temporary or large siltation structures from drainageways <br />after disturbed areas are revegetated and stabilized, if required by the <br />Reclamation Plan: <br />No temporary or large siltation structures are anticipated within associated drainageways. Two <br />small siltation structures are proposed as part of the storm water management plan and will be <br />removed once vegetation is established sufficiently to control site runoff. <br />(2) Earth dams, if necessary to impound water, may be constructed if the <br />formation of such impoundments will not damage adjoining property or <br />conflict with water pollution laws, rules or regulations of the federal <br />government, the state of Colorado or with any local government pollution <br />ordinances: <br />No such structures are proposed for the borrow pit operation. <br />(3) All surface areas of the affected land, including spoil piles, shall be stabilized <br />and protected so as to effectively control erosion: <br />All surface areas of the affected land will be stabilized and protected so as to effectively control <br />erosion. There will be no spoil piles associated with this operation.
