None of the sedimentation ponds on site were <br />discharging at the time of in the inspection. All embankments were well vegetated with no erosion or signs of <br />stability issues. <br />Sedimentation Pond RP -2/3 held water in the two upper cells. No water was being contained in the larger down <br />slope cell. All embankments were well vegetated with no erosion or signs of stability issues. <br />Sedimentation Ponds SS -2, RP -1, RP -4 and RP -5 were dry at the time of the inspection. All embankments were <br />well vegetated with no erosion or signs of stability issues. <br />The B -Seam Dewatering was partially filled with water in B -Seam Dewatering Pond #1. Due to the pump strainer <br />clogging, pumping has been temporarily postponed till maintenance on pump is completed. The dewatering pond <br />system was not discharging and all water was contained by the first section. Rip rap beneath the pump section will <br />receive additional stability with cement. Additional rip rap will be placed at the discharge point of the Last Chance <br />Pond to help armor to prevent erosion. <br />The Rock Dust Tank SAE area was stable with no signs of erosion leaving the site during the time of inspection. <br />The Haul Road ditch was cleared of debris and stable.
