I, Jared Ebert of the <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety conducted the inspection. Danny Kipp of Coors Energy <br />Company (CEC) accompanied me during the inspection. It was clear and windy during the inspection. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION — Rule 4.17: <br />Truck traffic and the ash disposal operation do not appear to be a significant source of air pollution. It was very <br />windy during the inspection and very little dust and ash was blowing at the site. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />A records check was conducted. See the last page of the inspection for details. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05; Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br />4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br />Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br />Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The northwest perimeter ditch was inspected. The ditch was recently mowed and the tumbles weeds were <br />removed. <br />Sediment Pond 2 was inspected, the side slopes were stable and the pond was dry.
