SHOP AND FACILITIES. Assuming Peabody does not receive any bonafide requests from the
eventual landowner to leave any existing facilities, all remaining structures will be
disassembled and the foundations broken and buried at the County Landfill site. After
grading, the area will be topsoiled and revegetated according to Tabs 21 and 22.
POWER LINES. Power lines and power poles will be removed. The holes left after pole
removal will be filled and seeded with approved seed mix.
FENCES. Perimeter fences or other fences not located on property lines will be removed
and the post holes backfilled and revegetated according to Tab 22.
EXPLOSIVE STORAGE AREA. The explosive storage area and associated entrance road will be
ripped, graded, either subsoiled or topsoiled, and revegetated.
ACCESS ROADS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH SEDIMENT POND ABANDONMENT. Those access roads remaining
at the time of final abandonment will be ripped, culverts removed, graded and the site
topsoiled. They will be planted and seeded with the seed mixes according to Tab 22.
SEDIMENTATION PONDS AND ACCESS ROADS TO THESE PONDS. After all other areas have been
reclaimed and have undergone the ten-year observation period for determining reclamation
success, and assuming there are no bonafide requests to leave these ponds or roads for the
future landowner, any remaining roads and ponds will be graded, ripped and either
subsoiled or topsoiled. The abandoned roads will be seeded with Seed Mix #1 and the
sedimentation pond will be seeded with a combination of Seed Mix #1 and Seed Mix #2, based
on site conditions, and planted with species from Shrub and Tree Planting List #1 and #2
(see Tab 22). Reclamation will proceed in accordance with the approved plan.
19-7 Revised 04/11/88
