Fly Creek, a natural stream and a tributary to the San Miguel River. <br /> It is situated in the northeast quarter (iir ) of Section 34, Township <br /> 46, north, Range 10 West N.M.P.M. -It diverts its supply of water from <br /> gorse Fly Creek and also from the Ifiddle Fork of Horse Fly Creek and <br /> the said reservoir is situated in the channels of both of said creeks. <br /> Its area, as at present constructed is 85,578 square feet; and it is <br /> hereby adjudged and decreed that there be allowed to flow into said <br /> reservoir from said stream for the use aforesaid and for the benefit <br /> of the party lawfully entitled thereto under and by virtue of said <br /> appropriation by construction and Priority No.l A such an amount of <br /> water as will flow therein not to exceed 177,961 cubic feet. <br /> No.3. The Lone Cone Reservoir. That said Reservoir is <br /> entitled to Priority No.2 and it is claimed by The Lone Cone Ditch <br /> Company, a corporation; that it is used for the storing of water for <br /> irrigation purposes and its supply of water is taken from Naturita, Bennett <br /> and Brewster Creeks and is diverted into said reservoir through the <br /> Lone Cone Dit .11, to which is awarded Priority LTo.43 as above set forth. <br /> Said reservoir is situated at a point in Section 12, Township 43 North <br /> Range 13 west N.M.P.M. approximately 2000 feet from the east quarter <br /> corner of said sFction 12 and its area, as at present constructed, is <br /> about 65 acres; that the Lone Cone Ditch Priority No.43 above is the <br /> feeder of said reservoir; and it is hereby adjudged and decreed that <br /> there be allowed to flow into said reservoir from said streams for the <br /> use aforesaid and for the benefit of the party lawfully entitled thereto <br /> under and by virtue of said appropriation by construction and Priority <br /> No.2 so much water as will flow into said reservoir not to exceed <br /> 36,600,000 cubic feet. <br /> sprigg Shackleford, <br /> Judge. <br /> 4i <br /> -4C- <br />
