2.0 PCC NUCLA RESOURCES
PCC has control of various tracts of land as shown in
Figure 3 and listed in Section 2 . 1. PCC's water rights in
the Nucla area include a storage right designated as S-001
(Table 1 and Figure 2) , a portion of the seven surface-water
rights designated as S-44 (Table 1) , and a ground-water right
listed as W-2 (Table 2) . A description of each right is
presented in Section 2 .2.
2. 1 LAND
PCC owns, leases or has options to lease/purchase
several tracts of land in the Nucla area. These include the
