The <br />pump station pumps water from Robinson Lake through the new pipeline to the new mill <br />water storage tank for delivery to the new mill. The construction of the pump station and <br />pipeline are now complete and these facilities are ready for service. In accordance with <br />Rule 7.3.2 (2), attached is the signed and stamped certification that these facilities were <br />constructed in general conformance with their designs. Note that the pump station and <br />pipeline are part of several facilities that were approved with TR -14. Separate certifications <br />will be submitted for the other facilities. <br />The pump station building was constructed in 2008 in accordance with the design, as <br />described in TR -14. The piping inside the pump station was completed in 2011. The <br />general configuration and function of the pump station remain as described in TR -14. <br />However, a few modifications were made to the pump station during final design, as <br />described below: <br />1. The piping inside the pump station was changed from 24- inch - diameter to 36- <br />inch - diameter to reduce friction and minor losses. <br />3700 S.
