RESPONSE:
As discussed between Peabody and CMLRD in a meeting on February 27,
1987, Peabody will set up a meeting at Nucla during the summer, 1987 to
delineate the areas which may be released from past bonding requirements
so that double bonding may be reduced or eliminated. Upon concurrence
between Peabody and the Division, a new map will be developed which
defines the bond release criteria which apply to each parcel of land.
