No . 2718 , beginning in the fourth <br /> quarter of 1981 . <br /> In addition to quarterly visual inspections for physical <br /> evidence of subsidence, the Colorado M.L.R.D. requires a <br /> quarterly inspection of the Huntington Irrigation Ditch for <br /> evidence of damage resulting from underground mining . Inspections to date have not indicated <br /> evidence of damage , nor have they indicated that water is lost to <br /> the mine via surface fracturing. <br /> No additional structures or renewable resource lands are <br /> affected by modification of Lease C-29125 or the Kambe-Van Camp <br /> leases . National King Coal , Inc . will continue to monitor the <br /> established subsidence monuments by semi-annual field survey, <br /> establish new stations as needed and will continue quarterly <br /> visual subsidence and ditch inspections .
