Backfilling and grading operations of the rec laimed area has been initiated. No problems were noted at the time of
the inspection.

HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05

The truck loop pond was holding water with no discharge not ed through the primary CMP spillway. The
embankments were well vegetated and stable with no problems noted. The Rail Loop Pond was dry at the time of
the inspection. Embankments were stable and well vegetated with no problems noted.

It is noted that the small leak at the primary spillway of the Truck Loop Pond has been repaired.

Ditches and culverts were stable with no problems noted.

GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE:
Demolition of onsite facilities has been completed. Equipment was on site at the tim e of the inspection as
backfilling and grading reclamation activities continues. No problems were noted and all activities are confined in
