The <br />loadout site was dry and the weather was clear at the t ime of the inspection. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Rec lamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Roads in and around the loadout facilities were dry and accessible. No problems were noted at the time of the <br />inspection. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The coal handling facilities have been demolished. Scrap metal, coal waste and non coal waste remain on site. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02 : <br />All mine I.D. signs were found to be in the proper locations with no damage noted. <br /> <br /> <br />
