No discharge was noted. The <br />embankments were well vegetated and stable with no problems noted. <br />The rail loop pond was dry with no discharge noted. The embankments were well vegetated and stable with no <br />problems noted. <br />Ditches and culverts were stable with water flowing and functioning as designed at the time of the inspection. <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />Demolish of onsite fac ilities has neared completion. Equipment was on site at the time of the inspection with <br />reclamation activities continues. Roy Karo of HGTI stated that backfilling and grading will begin at the <br />completion of the demolition. No problems were noted and all activities are confined in approved disturbance <br />areas, with the exception of the following: <br /> <br />-approximately 15 -20 individual toadflax weeds were identified in and around the rail line on the eastern side of <br />the rail loop. Both Dalmatian and yellow toadfl ax are a B list species and should be managed to prvent an <br />infestation.
