No problems were observed. <br /> <br />FI SH and WILDLIFE – Rule 4.18: <br /> A bald eagle was observed near the Far East Buzzard pond. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 ;Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br />4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br />Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br />Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> <br />The following ponds were inspected: <br /> <br />Far East Buzzard; t he sediment marker was in place and the pond appears to be below the capacity. The <br />embankment was stable and the spillway and flumes were functioning. <br /> <br />Coyote; the pond appeared to be holding water but was snow and ice covered. The embankment was stable and <br />the primary spillway was clear of debris. The emergency spillway appeared stable. <br /> <br />Johnson #6; the standpipe spillway was in place, ice was preventing proper drainage from the spillway. Mr. <br />Roberts fixed this issue while on site. The pond was hold ing water and was ice and snow covered. The
