The pond was stable with no problems noted. The discharge was clear. The amount of discharge was not identified through the flume. However, the recording station was observed and functioning as required. The Pecoco Pond contained water (iced over) and was discharging into the upper sump as permitted at the time of the inspection. The embankments were stable and snow -covered at the time of the inspection. The primary CMP spillway was in good condition and the emergency spillway was sta ble with no problems noted. Pond 003 was holding water (iced over) and had a small amount of discharge at the time of the inspection. The pond embankments were snow covered and stable. The emergency spillway was stable and the primary spillway was fun ctioning as designed. No problems were noted. Culverts and ditches located outside of the South Facilities Area were snow -covered at the time of the inspection. Ditches and culverts throughout the site were snow -covered at the time of the inspection. All culverts were in place with no problems noted. The upper sump was holding water (iced over) at the time of the inspection. Water was discharging from the Pecoco Pond into the upper sump with discharge noted from the upper sump into ditch RC -D3. T he embankments of the upper sump have been seeded and were stable and snow -covered at the time of the inspection. The lower sump construction has been completed. The lower sump was holding water (iced over ) with discharge noted. The embankments were s table and snow covered with no problems noted.
