The text modifications answering your questions regarding hydrology that were itemized under the
fourth technical adequacy review letter from DRMS were described in Colowyo's response to the fourth round of technical
adequacy Janet received a couple of weeks ago. Those text changes were carried forward word for word in this most
recent version of Volume 15 text (9/28/2011).
Exhibit 7, Item 23:
To ensure that all changes to this exhibit were easily incorporated into the package, it was determined that the
most practical course of action was to provide the Division with a completely new copy of the entire exhibit. The following
description below itemizes the specific materials that were changed and those that were not modified from previous
submittals:
Exhibit 7 -23 was revised and re- submitted in its entirety with a footer date of 9/23/11.
The changes were the result of the deletion of the LCW (Lower Clean Water) Diversion, and the impact on runoff flows
and volumes reporting to the Lower Collom Pond.
