Pirheda <br />Director <br />The Division issued a Preliminary Adequacy Review of the TR -60 application on August 15, 2011. A <br />response to the review was submitted by Greg Lewicki and Associates, PLLC, on behalf of Western <br />Fuels, Colorado — LLC, on August 29, 2011. <br />The TR -60 adequacy response package included the following items: <br />• Section 2.05.3(3) Mine Facilities: Table of Contents (5 pages); Pages 2.05.3(3) -2, -7, -12, -13, <br />and -19 <br />• Attachment 2.05.3(3) -1 Collection / Diversion Ditches and Culverts — Design Parameters: <br />Pages 2.05.3(3) -1 -46 and -47. <br />• Attachment 2.05.3(3) -15 Sediment Pond Slope Stability Analysis (18 pages) <br />• Cover sheets (undated) for Attachments 2.05.3(3) -1 three -24 <br />A second Preliminary Adequacy Review (PAR 92) of the TRR -60 application has been conducted by the <br />Division; our comments are provided below, for your consideration and response. Each of the original <br />items listed has been retained, for continuity. New comments are identified with bold italicized font. <br />Section 2.05.3(3) Mine Facilities <br />2.05.3Q Attachments Index <br />a) Attachment 2.05.3(3) -11 (Pond 014 Design) has been deleted from the Attachments index. <br />Please continue to retain this attachment in the permit for consistency, even though the pond <br />has been reclaimed.
