Mr. Kolin will be available to provide testimony on the proposed GCC Rio Grande mining operation, reclamation of the project, reclamation costs and related mining questions. Mr. Kolin was an author of portions of the mining permit application including mining and reclamation and may rely upon maps, drawings, calculations, narrative and any other materials from the mining permit application in providing testimony at the hearing. Mr. Golden will be available to provide testimony on the nature and scope of any impact of the proposed Red Rock Plant and Mine on wildlife in the area, presence and estimated populations of endangered and threatened species, and consideration of species in the reclamation of the project.
