Applicant, GCC Rio Grande, Inc. Included in the attachments to the Pre - Hearing Statement are a
number of professional reference materials utilized by the GCC Rio Grande team in developing
the mining permit application. Please keep these material on file and available for public review
through the date of the August 21, 2002 and possibly August 22, 2002, hearing. When no longer
needed as a part of the administrative record for our permit application, we are pleased to offer
