No signs of fugitive dust were noticed during the time of the inspection. <br />The erosion repair on the bridge leading to the portal area remains stable and no additional signs of erosion were <br />present. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Mine ID signs were located at the entrance of the main mine site from State Highway 13 and the entrance of the <br />old strip -mine from State Highway 13. All Mine ID signs had the correct information required. <br />Additional disturbed area markers and topsoil markers have been ordered and have been planned to be <br />reestablished this summer. Brian Watterson stated the new markers will have a color scheme to help further <br />delineate topsoil piles and boundaries. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />All topsoil piles around the facilities area, reclaimed refuse pile and portal area were well vegetated and stable <br />with no signs of erosion. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 6 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
