The PAP presently contains no information (other than some map depictions) describing the <br />proposed Equipment Corridor connecting the NH North Mine with the NH 2 Mine permit <br />area. Please revise the PAP to include a general discussion and specific details regarding <br />construction of the corridor, including the proposed crossing of Tuttle Draw. Item 6 in <br />Section 2.05:3(3), below, requests a map showing the plan and profile. <br />A discussion of the equipment corridor was added.. On Map 2.05.2 -1 (and others), the permit boundary is shown using a heavy line. This serves <br />to obscure pertinent details such as the four County Roads, the right -of -way fences, and <br />other topographic details. Please revise the line weights, as appropriate, to clearly portray <br />the proposed permit boundary, disturbed area boundaries; County Road rights -of -way, and <br />other features. It would be <br />useful to include also a depiction of the individual cuts or pits, as currently show on Map <br />2.05.3 {6)(a) -1 (Blast Notification). Please incorporate the individual cuts or pits into Map <br />2.05.2 -1 (or another map, as appropriate). <br />The cover letter dated May 26, 2011 states that the individual cuts have been added to Map <br />2.05.2 -1, but this does not appear to be the case. Please revise Map 2.05.2 -1 to show the <br />individual cuts, as illustrated on the Blast Notification map. Item resolYed in Dec -201 <br />5. Proposed locations for two stockpiles are shown on Map 2.05.2 -1. The western stockpile is <br />identified as `Boxcut Overburden ". This would seem to be a misnomer, as mining at the <br />NHN Mine will commence at the highwall left by NH1 operations. Please rename this <br />stockpile to be simply "Overburden ".
