Summary: <br />MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD 110(2) ANNUAL REPORT <br />For Season 2011 <br />CRYSTALJACK MINING <br />PERMIT NO. M- 1993 -030 <br />Prepared: 10 March 2012 <br />Submitted: 01 kaI ► 2. <br />No mechanized equipment was operated on Crystaljack mining properties during 2011. Due to <br />equipment failures and resulting unexpected expenses, the season was cut short. Work was <br />completed on adjacent mining claims and some hand prospects were dug. Inspections of <br />reclaimed sites were carried out. No production took place during 2011. No new sites were <br />opened during 2011. Unauthorized digging is taking place on the southwest comer of the Two <br />Point claim. <br />Map Depicting Operations: <br />Attached are maps showing the ten claims covered under this permit, permit M- 1993 -030. The <br />maps show past excavations which have been reclaimed (green), currently open dig sites (shaded <br />orange) and proposed dig sites (either a blue button or a rectangle). <br />Current Disturbances (2011): <br />hi addition to access roads Approximately 0.02 acre on Site 6 of the Two Point is not reclaimed. <br />Reclamation Summary (Includes 2011 Reclamation): <br />Since this project began in 1993, approximately 4.54 acres have been excavated and reclaimed. <br />All newly reclaimed sites have been reseeded the same season. These sites are then planted with <br />trees the following season. Only Site 5 (Site E) on Qui -Buc No. 1, Site 6 and Site 7 on the Two <br />Point and recent prospects and reclaimed roads have less than 80 percent growth. <br />Reclamation Completed During 2011: <br />No reclamation was completed during 2011. <br />Proposed 2012 Operations: <br />Operations will be in conjunction with operations on Glacier Peak Mining claims between early <br />May through early August. Mechanized operations will be limited to 10 working days on the <br />Crystaljack claims. We will use a John Deere 992 and/or 690 track hoe on the Two Point Claim <br />at Site 6, approximately 0.1 acre and at Site 7, approximately 0.1 acre. We will also open Site 13 <br />(Site N) on Qui -Buc No. 1 Claim for total 0.05 acre and close it. The old access road to Sites on <br />Qui -Buc No. 4 and Qui -Buc No. 6 will be closed by installing berms at both ends since this road <br />
