March 14, 2012 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine JLE <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS <br /> Rule 4.02: <br />The mine ID and blasting signs at the main entrance of the mine and the gate off of County Road 107 on the west <br />side of the permit area were found to be in compliance. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL <br /> Rule 4.06; Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br />Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />The following topsoil stockpiles were inspected: <br /> <br />Pile EM1 was stable and vegetated and each of the corners were marked with the appropriate markers. <br /> <br />Pile WC1 was stable and vegetated. The southeast corner marker was missing and will need to be replaced. <br />Several badger holes were observed on the stockpile. <br /> <br />Pile A-94-2 was stable and vegetated. Each of the corners of the stockpile were marked with the appropriate <br />markers. <br /> <br />Pile HRS was stable, vegetated and marked with the appropriate corner markers. <br /> <br />Pile G1-05 was stable, vegetated and marked with the appropriate corner markers. <br /> <br />Pile G1-01 was stable, vegetated and marked with the appropriate corner markers. <br /> <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br />1.)
