5.3.3 Phased BMP Implementation The types of structural and nonstructural BMPs that could be implemented during each phase of construction are provided below. A description of the maintenance for different types of structural BMPs that could be installed is provided in Section 8 of this SWMP: • Clearing and Grubbing 1. Temporary berms 2.
