Twice a year, the SWMP Administrator will write a comprehensive inspection report detailing <br />the findings of the monthly inspections, including a description of any corrective actions made to <br />existing structural control measures and the implementation of any new structural control <br />measures. This document will also describe the results of the illicit discharge investigation and <br />any remedial actions taken.
