The testing was conducted in accordance <br />with the test procedures defined in the 5 November 1999 facsimile transmittal prepared by Mr. <br />Terry Mandziak of CC &V and transmitted to Mr. Robert H. Swan, Jr. of GeoSyntec. The <br />interface direct shear testing was conducted at GeoSyntec's Soil - Geosynthetic Interaction Testing <br />Laboratory located in Atlanta, Georgia. <br />GeoSyntec appreciates the opportunity to provide laboratory testing services to CC &V for <br />the Valley Leach Facility project.
