These visual and noise barriers are shown on Drawing C -4b. This soil will <br />then be used for reclamation. <br />Growth medium will be stockpiled to depths and slopes appropriate for (1) access for <br />placement and removal, (2) erosional stability, and (3) minimization of the footprint to <br />limit additional disturbed area. Growth medium stockpiles, when in place for more than <br />one year and with no further development at the stockpile planned, will be seeded with <br />the same or a similar seed mix approved by OMLR for use in reclamation at the time (see <br />Section 12.3.3 of this document).
