9.0 SUPPORT FACILITIES <br />Existing support facilities are mapped on Drawing C -2 and proposed facilities and utilities are <br />shown on Drawings C -3 and C -4. <br />9.1 New or Upgraded Ancillary Buildings and Structures <br />The new buildings associated with MLE2 will include the High Grade Mill facilities, SGADR <br />facilities, Squaw Gulch Security Access, Project Offices and Warehouse facilities, and the <br />Contractor Office complex facilities on SGOSA. There will also be several annexes to existing <br />building that will be constructed as part of MLE2. The High Grade Mill facilities are discussed <br />in Section 6.0 and the SGADR facilities are detailed in Section 8.0. The remaining buildings and <br />structures are summarized below. <br />Squaw Gulch Security Access <br />MLE2 will include the addition of the new SGVLF and SGADR. To access these facilities, a <br />new security gate will be constructed and operated. CC &V will obtain the appropriate Highway <br />Access permit from CDOT to allow for access from the realigned portion of SIT 67. The Squaw <br />Gulch Security Access will include a staffed security gate and a building to house the security <br />offices for the gate. The security offices will include a vault septic system that will be permitted <br />through Teller County. <br />Project Offices and Warehouse Facilities <br />MLE2 will include the addition of approximately 150 employees at the site and increased office <br />and warehouse space will be needed. The proposed Project Offices and Warehouse structures <br />will include the addition of two 15- person office complexes, one office complex for three people, <br />and two warehouses. The Project and Warehouse facilities will include a vault septic system that <br />will be permitted through Teller County. The Project Offices will be located adjacent to the <br />High Grade Mill facilities as shown on Drawing C -4. <br />Contractor Office Area on SGOSA <br />The Contractor Office area will be constructed on the SGOSA as shown on Drawing C -4 and <br />will include a new maintenance shop, one fuel island, and three office trailers. These structures <br />will be temporary structures and only at the Cresson Project until construction activities are <br />completed for MLE2. <br />Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company <br />Cresson Project Mine Life Extension 2 <br />9 -1 <br />
