Those agencies that must <br />be notified within 24 -Hours of the occurrence are noted as such. <br />X For Reportable Quantity (RQ) spills: <br />-- The State of Colorado Emergency Management Unit 24 -Hour <br />The USEPA National Response Center 24 -Hour <br />- The CDPHE Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division <br />- Radiation Management Unit <br />1.2 Notification and Coordination with External Entities (continued) <br />X For RQ spills involving Ralston Creek: <br />- The State of Colorado Emergency Management Unit 24 -Hour <br />- The CDPHE Water Quality Control Division <br />- The Denver Water Board <br />- The North Table Mountain Water & Sanitation District <br />X For a radioactive materials spill outside of the restricted area: <br />- The State of Colorado Emergency Management Unit 24 -Hour <br />- The CDPHE Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division <br />- Radiation Management Unit (should notify within 24 -Hour) <br />X For any fire at the surface facilities: <br />- The Federal Mine Safety & Health Administration Within 2 Hours <br />X For any fire in the radioactive materials licensed facilities: <br />The CDPHE Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division <br />- Radiation Management Unit <br />Note: The North Table Mountain Water and Sanitation District and the Denver Water Board must be <br />notified immediately if any spill in Ralston Creek is a potential health risk. <br />
