A 110c amendment submittal shall include two copies of the application, maps, and attachments <br />with the same content required for an original application. You will not be required, however, to <br />submit any information which duplicates applicable previous submittals. But you must clearly <br />describe where, in the original application and supporting documents, the information not <br />included in this amendment application, but is necessary to render the amendment technically <br />adequate, may be found. <br />As you know, on February 8, 2012, the Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) modified their <br />August 29, 2011 order, extending the corrective action deadline for Violation No., MV- 2010 -035 <br />to March 9, 2012. Therefore, you must submit to the Division all materials necessary to allow <br />for Division approval of the amendment application to permit number M- 1977 -443 by March 9, <br />2012. <br />In order to allow time for Division review, please submit the above listed items to the <br />Division by February 24, 2012. <br />I have attached the specific requirements for each of the above listed items.
